Project Description: The Tower will house the Ministry office of the Ministry of Housing & Local Government. The Tower is the tallest office building in Putrajaya. 37-Storey Office Floors with M&E Floors at Level 38 to 40 and 4 levels of basement for car parking.
Top down construction was adopted due to site constraint and time frame in construction period.

Project Description: 1350 units of Government Apartments in one of the largest Putrajaya Core Island Residential Parcels. The development consists of 12 Blocks of 8 to 20 Storeys including auxiliary buildings comprises Surau and Multi-purpose Hall. Landscape Podium and 2 levels of Sub-basement Car Parks.

RC Driven piles were used and reinforced concrete shear walls were used for vertical members.

Project Description: Designed to Green Building Index ‘Platinum’ Rating 33-storey tower with changing geometry 4-storey podium and 2-level semi-basements.The new corporate office of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry will comprise of a 33-storey office Tower and 4-storey Carpark / Auditorium Annexed Block. The project to attain the coveted Green Building Indexed targeted at Gold GBI Certification.
Post-tensioned Flat-Slab Structural Floor System is being utilized to achieve the most efficient system construction. Combine with the full-glass fascade and dry wall construction, the building was aimed to attain the highest possible CIDB’s Industrialized Building System (IBS) Score. Founded on bored pile foundation of this predominantly Kenny Hill Foundation sub-surface profile.

Project Description: 10-storey office tower and 3-levels of basements. Diaphragm walls as basement retaining structures and large diameter bored piles were used. The structural floors of the 9-storey office are designed using Post-tensioned Flat-slab for speed of construction and efficient ceiling space.
Due to site constraints the 3-level basement is designed to facilitate top-down construction. Diaphragm walls and bored-pile foundation with steel plunge-in column are largely adopted. The fascade and roof elements are designed to minimize the impact of temperature and reduce the electricity.

Project Description: 3 nos of 5-storey annexed, 14-storey building and 3-level car park basement.

The 15-storey, 3-basement parking is a prominent lake edge building adjacent to Menara PjH along the Putrajaya Boulevard. The characteristic include 3 ‘fingers’ annexed low-rise podium blocks. Designated to be a Green Buidling to GBI Gold Certified Building, every element of the building design encompass the energy-efficient effort especially on the fascade design and building air-conditioning system which primarily using the centralised Gas District Cooling Chilled Water System.

The project is so interesting and challenging, where the new building will sit on a completed lowest basement slab and completed foundation. Design and construction include various options and solutions to make use of the existing foundation and structures for the entirely new building.

The successful design of the basement and building was made possible with the innovative design of our engineers. The design include combined bored-pile and rock-socketing shallow foundation. Flat slab system for basement floors and post-tensioned upper level office floors further optimise the floor-to-floor height.

Project Description: The Project is a government office development comprise the design and construction of Block F1 – 14 Storey and F2 – 9 Storey office tower, Piazza Level, Vehicular and Basements. The details works include detailed design of building super-structure, external infrastructure. This prime commercial plot in Putrajaya Boulevard is a contrast for its clean curvy glass curtain walling with contrast overhang metal roof. Inside, the large atrium glass roof appears more impressive.

The successful completion of the 3-level basement of this 10-storey building was made possible with the innovative design of our engineers by combining anchored, cantilevered contiguous bored pile in with open excavation for basement construction was adopted and proven to be a successful option. Flat slab system for office floors further optimises the floor-to-floor height.

Project Description: The project consists of 328 unit Government Housing Apartments comprises of 2 blocks 20 storeys (304 units) and 1 block 7 storeys (24units) with other ancillary facilities. Jacked in RC piles were used for piled foundation and the superstructures are mainly shear walls using system aluminium formworks.
