Project Description:The 83 storey building on Jalan Ampang will be the tallest residential tower in Malaysia once completed. Consists of 64 storey of residential floors, 2 M&E floors at level 49 and 82, 12 levels of car park plus 3 basement car park and 3 facility floors at level 15, 67 and 83. Wind tunnel testing was conducted due to the nature of the building. In addition, a top down construction was adopted due to the development is beside MRT station and surrounded by busy traffic.

Project Description: A prominent 31-storey high rise commercial center comprises of 2 blocks of residential tower sitting above the transfer level of complex podium was designed with a connection link to the KESAS highway via a direct dedicated ramp through Bandar Puteri Klang’s diamond interchange.

The natural soil condition of deep soft marine clay with extremely high ground water table was never an easy task especially the foundation system. Detailed study on the foundation and structural system has been carried out to ensure maximum differential settlement is achieved.

Project Description: The development is known as Phase 6, Bukit Mandarina. It consists of 27-storey Block A Condominium and 28-storey Block B Condominium with 5 levels podium and basement car parking. Rafts, pad footing and bored piles were used as foundation due to the granite formation. A detailed soil investigation was conducted to select the most cost effective foundation system. Shear walls with deep transfer were used for structural system.

Due to the proximity of the existing neighborhood buildings, jacked-in concrete piles were used as piling system and reinforced concrete shear walls were adopted as the vertical structural systems with transfer beams above car parking podium.

Moreover, Podium car park and basement car park are using flat slab system.

Project Description: The project consists of 5 blocks 28 to 33 storey of luxurious apartments on the highest peak of Bandar Puchong Jaya. When completed, it would be the most prestigious highrise residential development in Puchong. Due to the highly weathered sandstone and fracture rocks, bored piles foundation was adopted. Soil nailing were utilised to enhance the slopes to ensure the long term stability is achieved.

Bored piles and diaphragm walls were used as basement retention system. Flat slabs with post-tensioned system were adopted for the horizontal members and shear walls and conventional for vertical structural members.

Bored piles were adopted and cavities of the limestone formation were treated. Diaphragm wall was adopted as basement retention system.

Project Description: Proposed 2 blocks of 28-storey Serviced Apartment with 6-levels retails, podium and basement car parking. Due to the shallow hard layers formation, bored piling were adopted and shear walls for vertical members with conventional systems were used.

Project Description: 4 blocks of the medium rise apartment is seated on the filled ground with a depth of fill of 10m. Pre-cast reinforced concrete pile has been adopted for the piled foundation. The pile design capacity has been down graded taking into consideration the geotechnical capacity of the piles. The framing of the superstructure is using conventional cast-in-place reinforced concrete column, floor beam and floor slab.
