Aetas Damansara.

The project consists of 2 blocks of 50 storeys residential tower, 8 storeys of podium floors and 1 common facilities floor which comprising of common facilities, landscape, and car park floors. The structure is supported by Spun Pile foundation and the vertical members are shear walls system with prestress post-tensioned transfer plate at podium level. Moreover, Podium car park are using constant thickness prestress post-tensioned flat slab system.
