Arcadia Residences

The project consists of 2 blocks of 21 storeys (Tower A) and 21 storeys (Tower B) residential tower, 1 storey underground mechanical floor, 7 storeys of podium floors and 1 common facilities floor which comprising of common facilities, landscape, and car park floors. The structure is supported by Spun Pile foundation and the vertical members are shear walls with transfer beams at podium level. Moreover, Podium car park are using PT flat slab system.
