Setia Ecohill – Harumi.

The proposed mixed development consists of 40 units Japanese inspired 2-storey semi-detached houses and 1 TNB substation. Pad footing design was adopted due to high SPT-N value from the site investigation report. The Mackintosh Probe test was carried out during the design stage and 150 kN/m2 of safe soil bearing capacity is adopted for the pad footing design.
