Ir. Ts. ONG TEIK JIN
Director

Ir. Ts. Ong Teik Jin is a Director. His professional affiliations include Registered Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate (PEPC),  Registered Professional Technologist of The Malaysia Board of Technologists(MBOT), Member of the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (MIEM) and Member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia (MACEM). He holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Civil Engineering degree from University of Malaya in year 2006.

He has been involved in the project planning, forming design concept, detail design, coordination, and project management of various commercial, residential, high rise and mix-use development buildings. He was involved in the design of several reinforced and prestressed concrete building structures project in Malaysia such as Mixed-use development consisting of 10 blocks office and residential towers cum retail at Cyberjaya, 20-storey retail and office tower (Symphony Square) at Section 13, Petaling Jaya, 38-storey office tower for Naza TTDI at Persiaran KLCC and Mix-use development for Publika at Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur. He is currently managing 2 blocks of 54 and 45 storey residential towers at Desa Parkcity (Part Regent), 2 blocks of 50 storey residential towers at Tropicana , Petaling Jaya (Aetas Damansara) and Mix-use development at Malacca (The Sail).

Ir. LEE HAN WOON
Director

Ir Lee Han Woon is a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) graduated with honour degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS). He has joined JPP since graduation and has completed several townships and mixed developments.

He has extensive experience in overall conceptual planning, preliminary design, detailed engineering studies, Authority submission and approval, contract administration and project management including the CCC completion process.

He has been involved in major infrastructure and township planning such as preliminary overall planning for 2500 acres in Ijok, Conceptual for Integrated Water Supply Scheme (IWSS) for Northern Corridor with 195 MLD, upgrading overall water supply system for Desa Parkcity township, IWK Integrated Sewerage Network System (ISNS) for Sepang catchment, Upgrading for Highway including Toll Plaza in CKE Expressway, 800 acres township development for Bandar Puteri and Putera, 550 acres Industrial Park in Northern Klang, 450 acres township at Bandar Bestari Klang, 400 acres township in Jalan Meru Klang, 200 acres energy supply solar farms in Kudat, 175 acres township in D’Island Sepang and some mixed developments in Cambodia and Papua New Guinea.

Ir. YONG JYH GIIN
Associates – Civil & Structural Engineer

Graduated with Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from University Wales Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom. Joined JPP since 2009 and has completed several projects such as 2 blocks of 16 storey service apartment and 2 blocks of 16 storey Soho in Shah Alam, and 23 storey office tower in Setia Alam.

He is currently involved in the design and supervision of an 8.54 acres Mix Development with 8 office Towers and 3 floors of retail in Shah Alam.

Ir. KAM SIEW TENG
Associates – Civil & Structural Engineer

Kam Siew Teng, graduated in 2007 from the Putra Malaysia (UPM) with Honours in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil). Practicing as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), she is registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (MIEM). Ir. Kam is also a Certified Professional in Erosion Sediment Control (CPESC), a member of the Malaysia Stormwater Organization. With over 11 years of experience in civil and structural engineering consultancy, Ir. Kam has successfully lead, planned, designed and supervised to completion many projects ranging from major infrastructure development, interchange, toll plaza, mixed developments, commercial, retails complexes, institutional, highways & railways (namely the LRT3). Heading the Infrastructure department of the company, Ir. Kam is responsible for providing all management and technical directions, proposals, lead on design, engineering and project management on developments, and internal design audits on related engineering of all projects. She has experience working with the State authorities for submission procedures in the local scene, which requires leading the project as a project manager and liaising with the Client and Contractors.

Mr. PHON MUN KIN
Associates – Civil & Structural Engineer

Graduated with honour degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Joined JPP since graduation and has completed several infrastructure projects such as 400 acres development for Worldwide Holdings Berhad and Sri Bangi by Glomac Berhad. Designated as Associates and executive civil engineer.

Mr. JOE LEE CHENG TSU
Associates – Civil & Structural Engineer

Graduated with honour degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Malaya (UM). He has completed several residential and medium rise project such as Sierra Ukay in Ampang, Bandar Puteri Klang, Plot 2C2 in Putrajaya Mirage By The Lake Cyberjaya and Affordable House in Sutera Damansara. He is currently involved in a shopping mall project in Klang. Designated as executive civil engineer, he is able to apply his personnel technical knowledge and experience efficiently to the completion of the assigned projects.

Ir. RAYMOND CHUNG KAH HOE
Associates – Civil & Structural Engineer

Graduated with honour degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Joined JPP since 2010. He has completed several residential and medium rise projects such as double storey terrace in Saujana Rawang, Zero Lot Bungalow in Emerald Rawang, 2 Block 13 storey and 17 storey apartment on 6 storey car park podium in Sentul.
He is currently managing 3 blocks of 23 storey service apartment in Klang; 1 block of 35 storey affordable apartment in Pantai Sentral Park which is in the construction stage. He is currently also involved in the design of the 10.74-acre mix development consist of 5 blocks service apartment, hotel, and office tower in Cheras; 2 blocks of 29 storey service apartment in Subang Jaya; and 1 block of 22 storey apartment in Subang Jaya.
