This project consists of 3 blocks of 29 storey serviced apartments with podium carpark and facility floor. The tower structure frame is adopting shear wall system with transfer beam, car park podium was adopting PT flat slab and bored pile is adopted for foundation system. There is also 3 rows of 8 storey retail office block with basement carpark.
