The Emerald 9 commercial mix development comprises of five 39-45 storey serviced apartments with 8 storey podium car park, shops, offices and basement car parks. The project is strategically located near MRT Taman Suntex. The apartment tower structure frames is adopting shear wall system with transfer plate. The car park podium is PT flat slab while the shop and offices is made up of conventional beam and slab. A combination of RC piles and bored piles are the adopted as the foundation system to achieve an economical solution and also to suit the ground condition.
