A largest Integrated Shopping Mall in Klang (GFA of 1.8 mil sqft) comprises with 1 block of 25-storey hotel tower and 4 blocks of 17-storey residential tower sited on the 7 storey shopping mall podium facing the Jalan Langat, Klang. The foundation is built on a very deep soft Marine Clay with high ground water level. A detailed study on safe flood level has been carried out to accommodate with the Riverview shopping life style concept to ensure the concept works. Combination of Structural system was adopted for the superstructure using post-tensioning element and shear wall system to suit to the complicated architectural design.

Our Role
