Setia Ecohill – D’cerrum.

The D’Cerrum Apartment comprises of 2 blocks of 20-storey serviced apartments with 4.5-storey car park. The apartment’s structure frames are adopting a shear wall system with convention beam-slab system. The car park podium is made up of conventional beam and slab. A combination of RC piles and bored piles are adopted as the foundation system.
