The project consists of 1 block of 22 storey serviced apartment with 5 level of basement car park and 1 level of facility floor with landscape and swimming pool. The structure is supported by Bored Pile and spun pile foundation. The vertical members are columns and shear walls with transfer plate. The basement car park is using flat slab system.
